Quantix officially one of Britain’s “Hot 100” growth companies

This week saw the release of the latest Real Business/Lloyds Development Capital “Hot 100”, where Quantix were recognised as the 87th fastest growing, qualifying, private company in the UK. Based on figures from Companies House, Quantix has delivered average Sales growth of 57% and average profit growth of 192% over the past four years and is currently gearing up for further growth in the future with the recent recruitment of eighteen additional members of staff.

Quantix was founded in 2002 by Dick Salmon and Simon Goodenough, initially as part of the Lynx Group plc. In 2007 they were instrumental as part of an MBO team, backed by ISIS Private Equity Partners and Lloyds TSB Corporate Finance. Since the creation of Quantix, the company has quickly become a major player in the UK IT Managed Services market.

At the core of the organisation is the ‘Managed Services Practice’ which provides a significant ROI for the high profile customer base and makes up 70% of the companies retained gross margin. The Managed Service Practice underpins three divisions within the company including Database Technology, Business Applications and High Performance Networking and Security.
